Policies
Payment Policy
A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment, if you are booking both services, a $70 is required. If you are booking a promo, a $50 deposit is required.The remaining balance must be paid IN CASH ONLY on the day of your appointment. If you choose to pay electronically, a $10 fee will be added.
Late Policy
Timeliness is important to ensure the best service for all clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be charged. If you are 25 minutes or more late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least a 72 hour notice via DM, if you need to reschedule your appointment. Reschedules are allowed once. If you need to reschedule a second time, you’ll lose your deposit and will need to send a new one to book again.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment without providing at least a 72 hour notice, your deposit will be retained and will not apply to a future booking. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
No call No show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not notify us via text, call or DM will be blocked from booking future appointments and will not be refunded their deposit.
Extra Guest Policy
Please note that extra guest are not allowed at your appointment. As I am located in a collaborative salon environment, we kindly ask to keep the area at capacity for everyone’s comfort. However, if you’re booking together, you’re welcome to attend your appointments together.
